Welcome to the League Democratic Learning Teacher Survey!

We are asking for your feedback about professional development the League has offered regarding democratic learning and the resulting impact on your attitudes, beliefs, and classroom practices. This survey will help us collect information about teachers' understanding and implementation of democratic learning. Your responses will be used to make decisions about League support and services in upcoming years.

We would appreciate your taking a few minutes to answer this on-line survey and submit it to the League of Professional Schools by September 24, 2004.

The League will provide your school with a summary report of all participant responses. No names will be associated with the responses, and no one in your school or district will see any of the individual surveys. The Research Information Sheet provides additional details about the study and other information to which you are legally and ethically entitled. Please be sure to read this sheet and retain it for your records.
